What is better for that 'New Hairstyle' that may NOT have turned out the way you planned than a hat to take the focus off your hair. This is the hat that will do just that. And it will work for male/female young or old.
The process was just meant to be. I had just heard of the contest and then we had a very rare snow in Atlanta. What better way to spend an afternoon. The pattern is mine---a basic stocking cap knit in the round. The fun was crocheting the tails on the finished hat. The orginial idea was to use roving as the accent here but as you can see from the photos, I found (in my stash) a great colorful ribbon yarn that seems to do the trick. The process photos show some of the fleece on the cap but I think that the colored ribbon is the look that I was going for.
