I was born to make plush, so when I found out about this uber awesome contest, I looked through all the wonderful t-shirts looking for a design that inspired me and that I could translate into plush form. When I came upon this shirt, I KNEW that I had to make a plush version. I think this design is absolutely ingenious and hilarious!
These only took be about a day to make(working on them off and on). It's cold outside, so I snuggled up under my blanket on the couch, and watched some good movies(like the Hangover) as I crocheted away. I tend to think in crochet, so coming up with the pattern for these little guys really wasn't too hard for me...I actually got the shape right on the first try! I think the most difficult thing for me was making the Milk labels. Embroidery is not my strong point! I'm really happy with how their facial expressions turned out....that is one ticked off bottle of milk!
I didn't really use any exotic materials to make these little guys. It just took some acrylic yarn, felt, embroidery floss, poly-fil, ribbon, safety eyes, my trusty pink aluminum size G crochet hook, and lots and lots of love ^_^
