My cat Nancy looks exactly like the grey-and-white kitten on the right of the "Adorable Disaster" design, so I made a cat toy in the shape of a hand grenade.
As any crafter who lives with felines knows, they are fascinated by yarn and are quite capable of stealing half-finished projects if they look like fun.
This grenade is crocheted from black cotton, with grey cotton embroidery. I made sure that all of the threads were securely tied off, and I don't intend to let the cats play with it unattended so there shouldn't be any, um, accidents...
I was just going to submit the photos I took of Nancy playing with the grenade, because she fits the t-shirt design so well, but Edith is always such a ham in front of the camera, so I added those too! And this is without any catnip in the grenade, which I did briefly consider.
