"Ah Munna Eat Choo!" in navy blue and white was the first t-shirt I bought from Threadless, and I loved it so much, that I also bought it in baby blue and brown; and that's what I based my yarn selections on.
My killer muffin amigurumi is made from cotton yarn in brown, beige and white; and it has a removable case in blue cotton yarn.
I started by making flat circles for the bases of the muffin and the case, and then worked them up using different stitches to get the different textures on the stump and the case. The top of the muffin is a hemi-sphere, with the features embroidered on before closing it up. The tooth was crocheted in embroidery floss and it's probably my favourite part of the whole thing! To get the case to have straight sides, I blocked it and then used a juice glass as a form.
It took me about two days to make, and I got some help from my cats who both like to make sure the yarn is thoroughly dead for me.
