My son loves toy cars. He always has one (or five) in his pocket, or he's trying to sneak one into bed with him. That's why I was excited to try and make a scarf out of "Toy Traffic." The main picture says front/back, but that's just for show. The cars on one side vs the other side are chosen from the front/back of the shirt. This is a little easier to see in the pictures of my son (eyes closed because of the bright camera flash).
If I could start all over with what I learned while making this scarf, I wouldn't do anything the same. It taught me so much about double-sided designs. Even with my trials, this turned out pretty fun. It doesn't make up for the shirt that my son wore as often as possible until he outgrew it, but I hope it will make a suitable substitute.
